Store manager Matt is amazing. I had a lot of trouble getting my headlamp bulb out. Theres a clip thats just not friendly. And with it being a very expensive bulb, I was apprehensive about reinstalling. He came out to my car and installed it for me. He made sure all the lights worked before he was done. Amazing service, great attitude. Really made my night!

Highly recommend! I called with an unexpected Jeep issue and was instantly reassured that this amazing staff would take care of me. They helped me over the phone and confirmed the parts I needed were in stock. Less than 10 minutes later I’m back at home with everything I needed to get the job done. Crystal was VERY helpful at this store on state st. Just talked to Marty at the bay road store and not at all the same. Marty was helpful to tell me what the price but would not give me the part # because I was having my guy at my Grand Rapids location buy it online. He said if I buying it online I can my own part #. Crystal was unbelievable helpful. I have used bay rd before I will not anymore. I will have to go to State st because she was so personal and wanted to help. Thank you Crystal.

The people at o'reillys were really nice. Today they were very helpful towards me when I had a flat tire on my way to work. Customer service was above and beyond what I expected. They were so amazing. (The lady with the colored hair and the young man in the hat)

I get treated better than at many of the other Auto chains. You can't expect to get right in and out at any store these days but it is a better chance here. Their pricing and parts have been good.
