Pricing & Fee Waivers

Account Monthly Service Fees* and Non-Citi ATM fees are waived for customers inthe Citigold Private Client, Citigold or Citi Priority Relationship Tiersduring the calendar month. If your Combined Average Monthly Balance (CAMB) doesnot meet the minimum required for three consecutive calendar months, you’llautomatically be Re-Tiered.

In addition to Relationship Tier waivers, Monthly Service Fees are waived forRegular Checking accounts and Access Checking accounts 1) when the account has$250 or more in Enhanced Direct Deposits (“EDD”)**, or 2) in the month ofaccount opening and for the first 3 full calendar months after account opening.In addition to Relationship Tier waivers, Monthly Service Fees are waived forCiti Savings accounts and Citi Accelerate Savings accounts 1) when the accounthas an Average Monthly Balance of $500 or more, or 2) if an owner of theSavings account also owns a Regular Checking account or Access Checkingaccount, or 3) in the month of account opening and for the first 3 fullcalendar months after account opening. Relationship Tier & Re-Tiering Information

Customers who did not own a Citibank checking, savings, CD, IRA, or investmentaccount (investment accounts are offered through Citigroup Global Markets,Inc.) in the 30 days prior to opening a new deposit account (“New toRelationship Customers”) may choose their Relationship Tier when opening adeposit account. If you are a New to Relationship Customer, you will begin toenjoy benefits of Citi Relationship Tiers upon account opening. We will beginreviewing your Combined Average Monthly Balance (CAMB) for all Eligible Depositand Investment* (EDI) accounts in the first full month after you open your newaccount. You must achieve a $30,000 CAMB in EDI accounts in at least one monthof the first three full months after account opening to remain in the CitiPriority Relationship Tier. You must achieve a $180,000 CAMB in EDI accounts inat least one month of the first three full months after account opening toremain in the Citigold® Relationship Tier. You must achieve a$800,000 CAMB in EDI accounts in at least one month of the first three fullmonths after account opening to remain in the Citi Private Client RelationshipTier. Your CAMB is determined by calculating the average monthly balance of allEDI accounts you own during a calendar month. All customers, includingcustomers not in a Relationship Tier, have access to everyday features andbenefits from the products they own with Citi.

*Eligible deposit, retirement, and investment accounts (investment accounts areoffered through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.) (EDI) that you own or for whichyou are beneficial owner can contribute toward your CAMB. Please refer to theClient Manual Agreementto determine which EDI accounts contribute toward your CAMB. The followingaccounts are not EDI accounts: accounts owned by Estates, accounts that are notconsumer accounts, COMMA accounts, accounts in a money purchase plan or profitsharing plan, accounts opened through Citi Alliance, accounts opened throughCiti Private Bank, and accounts opened through the International PersonalBank.

Re-Tiering will begin reviewing your CAMB in the first full month after accountopening, however it takes three full months of CAMB to be impacted by theRe-Tiering process. New to Relationship Customers will not be impacted byRe-Tiering until the 1st day of the fourth full month after account opening.The Relationship Tier for existing customers can change in any month. To moveto a higher Relationship Tier, you must sustain that Relationship Tier’sminimum Balance Range for three consecutive calendar months. If you want tomaintain your Relationship Tier, you need to make sure your CAMB does not dropbelow your Relationship Tier’s minimum Balance Range for three consecutivecalendar months. When you are automatically Re-Tiered, we’ll inform you of yournew Relationship Tier on your Account Statement. You may opt-out ofRelationship Tiers, and the Re-Tiering process, by speaking to a banker in abranch or calling Citiphone banking.

65,000+ Fee-Free ATMs.Claim is based on locations in the United States where customers can make cashwithdrawals with no surcharge (usage) fee by the ATM operator. Citibankcustomers can get cash, get information and make transfers between theireligible linked Citibank accounts with no surcharge fee when they use theirCitibank® Banking Card at ATMs in the U.S. located at Citibankbranches, ATMs at select retail store locations, and ATMs participating in theMoneyPass® Network; regular account charges apply. ATMs in retailstores and at other non-Citi locations are not owned or operated by Citibankand offer fewer functions. Use the Citi Worldwide ATM/Branch Locator onCitibank Online or the Citi Mobile® App to find the nearest ATMs andbranches, including non-Citibank ATMs in the U.S. with surcharge free access.MoneyPass is a registered trademark of Fiserv, Inc.

No Overdraft Fees.While Citibank will not charge you an overdraft fee, Citibank encourages itscustomers to consider the impact of overdrawing an account. The ability tooverdraw your account may be limited. An overdrawn account has a negativebalance. An account can become overdrawn when a Transaction Item is deductedfrom your account and causes your account to have a negative balance orincreases the amount by which your account is negative. In the event ofinsufficient funds to pay one or more Transaction Items from your Available NowBalance, in our sole discretion we may return (“Returned Item”) or pay(“Overdraft”) one or more Transaction Items. We may discontinue permittingOverdrafts without cause or notice to you.

You may deposit checks into your account that are returned, regardless ofwhether or not your account is overdrawn. A Fee for Deposited Check ReturnedUnpaid may be assessed for deposited checks that are returned unpaid.

Zelle Payments.Zelle® is available to Citi customers with an eligible checkingaccount and a valid email address and/or valid U.S. mobile phone number. Youmay send money to almost anyone with a U.S.-based bank account. Terms,conditions and restrictions apply. For the protection of your account,Zelle® should only be used to send money to those you know andtrust. Neither Citibank nor Zelle® offer a protection program forany authorized payments made with Zelle® — for example, if you makea purchase using Zelle® but you do not receive the item or the itemis not as described or as you expected. Commission-free Trading.Commission-free trading of ETFs excludes leveraged and inverse ETFs and appliesonly to trades placed online and on the Citi Mobile® App. Clientswill pay a commission to buy or sell ETFs by phone. ETFs are subject tomanagement fees and expenses; refer to each ETF’s prospectus for moreinformation. Account service fees may also apply. Access to Citigold Lounges.Verification of Citigold status may be required for access to Citigold loungesin the form of a photo ID and a current Citigold debit card or other proof ofcurrent Citigold status. Citigold lounges may have varying degrees of amenitiesoffered, may have differing policies on admittance, and may restrict admittanceduring the times of invitation-only functions.
